Louise is also a trained Dementia Friend and has experience working with clients and their families whose lives have been impacted by Dementia.

CQC inspections and reports – managing the inevitable
A practical session on how to manage the entire inspection process with tips on preparing for inspection, managing the visit itself and responding to the draft inspection report, informed by recent case law and changes to CQC’s inspection methodology. Giving providers and managers a clear appreciation of the legal and policy framework that CQC operates under and showing how evidence can be used to demonstrate compliance with regulations and to achieve the best possible ratings.
